Low-e producing line

1 ,this line is equipped with 36 cathcodes(30 is made by our experts ) and 30 rotating ceramics ,can produce the max size of 2900*4500mm

2, we introduce the anvanced coating glass techonology of VON-ARDENNED.

3, this line takes  us about 20 years to do research and improve the equipment .we also hire many excellent experts to take part in this programme .

4,it includes our 13 independent intellectual property rights  ,such as rotating ceremic techonology ,automatic controlling system ,aerating and air exhausting technique and unique driving system ,etc.

5,producing capacity:40 seconds/piece , this line can finish 500,000 square meters with the size 2440*3660mm per month .

6,we use the special vacuume frenquncy conversion driving system and spreading smart controlling system . with these syetems .we can solve the following common problems of PLC:1 ,when the temperature is high ,driving system stops frenquently .2 ,when has problems ,the commen producing line can not protect the key parts .3,during spraying the glass ,when the glass is broken ,it can not clean the broken glass .and our PLC systemis authorized by  OMRON,SIMENS,and MITSUBISHI .

7 ,advantages of cost :about 1/4 of the same germany coating processing line ,and 1/2 of other chinese glass factories .

 8,advantages of products:1,our Low-e glass quality is better than other company's products ,it can also be tempered .2,the tempered piece of low-e glass can last 3 months in the normal environment that will not be oxidated .3,after being tempered ,our low-e glass  reflection and AB value  will not change .
